Happy first week of summer break!
Already much has happened: we rallied for a fair contract and all but one of our endorsed candidates won seats on the WTU Executive Board. But WTU Member turnout and engagement are still far too low. Now we must begin the work of organizing our members for union power and planning the actions we will take as we build it.

Secrets of a Successful Organizer Book Club Every two weeks starting July 19th at 7:30 PM via Zoom. Read Lessons 1+2 (PDF Linked here: Lesson 1, Lesson 2)
We will be reading Labor Notes book Secrets of a Successful Organizer which is an excellent and to the point guide for how to organize our unions to build power. We will use it to discuss how we can strengthen our union and support the contract action campaign.
